Different currency rates occur and change every day. What the value of the dollar might be one day may be higher or lower the next. You can trade any one currency against another and you can trade from that currency to another currency to build up extra cash and interest daily.
The results of any currency trading in one country could have results and variations in what occurs in additional forex markets as the states take turns opening and closing with the time zones.
